Most orders are shipped via UPS ground service. To get each customer the best rate, shipping charges are calculated per order based on exact weight and zip code. Larger orders are most economically sent via truck.

During the hot summer months, Perishable items such as chocolates must be shipped overnight to avoid damage. There are also additional charges for cold-packs which keep them from melting.
