When a check is returned by your bank it means our bank charges us penalties. There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.

Likewise, when a customer forgets what they ordered or issues a false chargeback on their credit card for any reason, we are again penalized by the bank. In addition we are forced to go through our past files and pull hardcopy of your original order, request proof of delivery from UPS or whoever shipped it, re-print invoices, etc.... and send all of this to the bank to prove the sale was legitimate. 

Please keep adequate records of your purchase. This is your responsibility. Even though it's an honest mistake, false chargebacks will unfortunately also incur a $25 charge.
